Yoga is a personal practice always. The effect of the practice -- awareness, friendliness, compassion --
leak out into your life and create templates for all your relationships, but it always starts with
your own body, breath and mind. It is about creating imprints, readjusting neurological patterning,
& creating positive habits. ~ Cyndi Lee

"Both yoga and meditation have helped me deal more easily with stress, calm my mind and emotions, become healthier physically and discover new things about myself and others (sometimes good things, sometimes challenging…!).
I feel privileged to have the opportunity to share these techniques which promote wellbeing for body, mind and spirit, and which enable all of us to find peace within ourselves."
Gina has been a serious student of yoga since 1998, and after contending with her own series of personal and life challenges was drawn to deepen her practice and subsequently teach.
She is passionate about bringing yoga into the lives of others and is an advocate for the healing qualities yoga possesses and its ability to open and transform lives. Amongst much else she has enjoyed teaching students with various needs including visually impaired students, and adult women with disability along with their carers.
Her other interests include art, graphic design, making jewellery and natural healthcare products, as well as a love for animals.
