Class Description:
Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth focuses on preparation of the body through breathing and exercises for use during labour as well as keeping mum in shape. While these classes cover yoga postures and movement, emphasis is placed on positions which will assist in an active birth.
Stretches, pelvic floor exercises and breathing are covered with the use of visualisation to keep the mind, body and baby connected.
