Additional Qualifications: Touch for Health, Soul Counselling, Sekhem, Cranial Sacral (intro), Ear Candling. Susanne is furthering her studies with Counselling in 2011-12.
Susanne founded the Williamstown Yoga Centre in1993 and in March 2010 she sold her share to
Fiona Hyde who had been a co-owner for 2 1/2yrs. Susanne opened her new business in 2010, Feminine Spirit and hosts retreats for women in Australia and Bali.
Susanne believes in yoga's healing ability and has used this in her own personal development.
Her interests include a love of Pilates, belly dancing, researching her family tree, & making her own skin care from natural products. Her passion is running the retreats (a dream of 16yrs).
She is married with 2 adult children and 1 grandson who is a yogi himself.
Susanne has had interviews with Alexia Attwood Double Ex 107.3 and Denis Walter 3AW on how yoga can help keep you young in body, mind and spirit. Class Description:
Susanne has created a feminine yoga style 'Calma yoga' that has healing as the foundation and it may involve core strength, self awareness, breathing techniques, positive affirmations, aromatherapy, acupressure, self-massage, inspirational verses and chanting. Each class concludes with a guided relaxation and reiki.
