Dealing with infertility for the last 4 years, had left me feeling exhausted, both emotionally and physically. Having commenced IVF and enduring unsuccessful attempts had begun to leave me feeling completely inadequate and spiritually damaged. I commenced Yoga for Fertility with Susanne and felt an immediate improvement to my wellbeing. I started to feel better about myself and was able let go of the confusion and self-loathing that comes from not being able to conceive. During the course, I had a successful cycle of IVF and I am now nearly 6 months pregnant. I have no doubt that the Yoga for Fertility helped me deal with the emotional and physical stress that comes with IVF. Thankyou Susanne

"Thank YOU very much...I really enjoyed your classes and it really did help me change my view on my world and fertility situation! It especially changed the way I treated my relationship with my husband during the stress of trying to conceive! And 4 months after the course...I finally got pregnant without further intervention. We were going to start IVF in Jan 09....so glad I hung on for another few months!" Good luck with the next course !

"I did Susanne's Yoga for Fertility course in September 2008, at a time when I thought I'd like to start preparing myself and my body to conceive. The course helped me to reconnect with myself, and showed me ways to nourish my body, mind and soul. Susanne's combination of yoga postures, chanting, visualizations and beautiful relaxations helped me to deeply relax - which was invaluable in helping to keep an open heart and mind while trying for a baby.
I believe Susanne's workshop is one of the factors that helped me prepare to conceive on all levels ~ physically, emotionally & spiritually. I'm now 5 months pregnant and would highly recommend this course to anyone who is trying to conceive a child, and also to those who are still 'thinking' about trying...like I was... "

I did the Fertility Yoga course, last year & I am now 14 weeks pregnant, and going well. My rose quartz sits on my bed side table and has done since the course i occasionally pick it up and think about the new one growing inside me, not forgetting the others that did not make it either for their own reasons, but assuring the new one thats its going to OK.
thanks Katrina
