Deb completed her teacher training with Joy Spencer in Sivananda Yoga in 2001. In the same year she discovered the teachings of TKV Desikachar and the yoga of Krishnamacharya. Her class blends flowing vinyasa movements and asanas, pranayama and relaxation.
